The permission list

Network access, notifications only if you enable alerts, and storage during an update. Nothing else is normal for a game this simple, and a build asking for SMS or contacts is not this one — that request exists to take something rather than to run the game.

It will not make you money

Searches for a big small betting app turn up plenty of pages implying otherwise. The payout on an even-money call is set slightly below true odds, which means the expected result across enough rounds is a loss. Play it for the minute it takes, not as an income plan.
